The cage features a pull up bar with a knurled handle for excellent comfort & grip & the dip bars have an upturned end to prevent weights slipping off the gym rack whilst it is in use. These premium power cages can be upgraded to include a pulley system which features a lat pull down bar & narrow row bar to provide a wider selection of exercises to include in your workout.
